Dog Davis is one of my buddies in the tiki and cocktail community who I largely consider an expert and purveyor of these cultures. He's a really fascinating guy having done some really interesting things in his life. For example, he once wrote a food column for the LA Times, was once self employed as a professional gambler and today works in the entertainment industry right here in Hollywood, California.
